I am a USUI SHIKI RYOHO Reiki Master Teacher taught by Master Teacher Valynda Dupre' of Arizona

I also perform energy work and Intuitive readings at a local spiritual store called Rainbow from Heaven in Tempe, Arizona

I believe any Dis-Ease is caused from emotional stress, Feelings that are kept deep down will manifest as an illness

To improve on anyone's health they should first take care of their emotional needs, which in turn will take care of physical, spiritual, and mental needs as well

The healthier we are the easier it is to focus on what really matters in life

I also believe we are all here to help each other to become "Within Our Spirit " as I call it
